    My best tips ; 70% excersise and 30% diet . That’s for real fat loss not temporary hunger mode and water loss!
    First thing ways start with water we often mistake thirst for hunger ! Try switching to quirk veggie food for a few weeks trust me you will drop a stone in no time!! Grilling is the healthiest way to cook most food and low fat ! Go for low cal not low fat options but occ have a treat like a piece of dark choc a day! Snack of dried Druid it sure fills me up especially prunes and dried apricot! Also I love snacking on sea same ryvita crackers with marmite Nd cucumber mmmm! So low fat and fills I up! Watermelon grapes all water based they also do the job nicely! Fizzy water hydrates and fills u up I find! I brought a 50£ rowing machine I lost 3 stone of baby weight ! Walking the dog even for 10 mins make a difference! Switching to semi skimmed or soya milk ! Using sweetener I stead of sugar! It’s the little things no one considers and they wonder why they arnt losing 🙂 remember that little extra snack of chips is bad if u are dieting ! That little cake …. Don’t deprive just eat sweet things low in fat Jaffa cakes etc 🙂 and remember girls never drop below 1,200 cals of your body goes to starvation mode and next time I eat u will put it on ! That’s why a lot of girls who previously had annorexia are luckily back to normal weight but put it on quickly …. Try to eat 1,500cals and cut 500 out through excersise as well! :)) it’s hard girls I k ow I’m a personal trainer so I always have advice if anyone needs it 🙂 x
