I was hoping for some advice?? I am currently thinking of having breast surgery. I am currently a 34 DD which maybe thinking big enough but they have lost their fullness and would like them back where nature intended. I have had a consultation with Mr Kazzazi who was lovely and very honest. He has suggest having a 435-470 mlp put in to give the fullness back but this will take me up to possible a E-F cup which worries me. I don’t want to look out of proportion and don’t want massive boobs. But if I go for just an uplift then will be smaller and have more scarring. Anyone advise or help please.
