I all had my implants by mr Singh on 10th April!

How are you feeling and recovering??

I got discharged by a nurse before mr Singh checked me so I wasn’t given any aftercare can I ask what did he tell you to do about the strapping and sports bra? Do you wear a sports bra over the strapping ? Or do I not wear a sports bra until after the strapping is off?
