    • thanx so much i want to ask do you recomend the drainage massage before the vaser or after or both and can you please tell me is it painfull when they do the massage after the vaser also what is the recovery tym and do you have scars with vaser sori to bombard u with all dis xx

    • I didn’t have any massage before and was never told to. I had 4 sessions of manual lymph drainage after, it was a bit uncomfortable in the first session but after that one it was fine, i felt loads better after if had it. The lady who did mine said if healed really quickly and didn’t need any more sessions. I took a week off work and definately needed this, the vest and suit take a lot of getting used to, I’ve just taken off my suit and vest after my 4 week point last week and I still feel bruised and a bit sore in places, some of the nerves are still coming back to life so that feels wired!! The advise it can take up to 6 months for the body to fully settle and see the final results, mine look different everyday. I had 10 incisions, most are hidden and can’t even tell they are there, I can still see the 2 on my upper back and the 2 on my bikini line, I just keep putting bio oil on them. Xxx
