The Casa Colonial Beach can be found on a beach, in a gated safe place, and is surrounded by the all-inclusive hotels I hate. The beach for that reason was crowded, and perhaps not with the sort of people I necessarily wanted to be near on a secondary. . Though in fairness not on our little private beach, that was well served with loungers, and bar service, nevertheless, you only didnt want to choose a walk over the beach.

As all-inclusives mean visitor eat in, there was no alternative but our restaurant for food. Quite simply we couldnt only venture out and eat in a local restaurant, because there really wasnt much to pick from, and any cab people we used all said the food at the Casa Colonial was the best, and the resort was the best on the island.
