There has been another page rank upgrade within the last couple of days but it appears as though this has only affected sites which formerly had a rank of zero. The question many people are inquiring is when will google update the page rank of all of the other websites which previously showed a page rank? This latest update appears to be much like the last page rank update in which the older sites were also perhaps not current. When reading on various internet sites about other webmasters thoughts on this present trend, I’ve found a number of reasons why this might be happening. Over the last few years there have been a serious large number of link change programs which have been produced. As the people who enter these programs are in ways cheating to get to the top that have proven to be well-accepted but are frowned upon by google. There are numerous valid ways of promoting a website for example via creating articles and insurance firms good content that may encourage other webmasters to want to link to your site. I have to say that for someone like myself who works very hard to advertise my own sites, that it is quite frustrating to not be able to see the changes in the page rank, as when I see my sites go up in page rank it gives me a little increase and shows me that I’m still doing the proper things. In ways it should maybe not really matter however when I am in a position to see my sites have higher rankings in the search engines, this itself obviously will be the most important thing.
