    My breasts are in my picture !:( I’m 18 , no children however saggy breasts due to weight loss, will just a 500c implant(no uplift) help this?! X

      Hi Hun I had saggy boobs due to weight loss and I went with a lift with implants I had 380cc and 340cc I love them. I had Gary traynor!! I’m sure the surgeon will of give you the best advise as I was advised to have the lift xx
