Hey Lisa. i had rhinoplasty back in september. i paid £3850 in total for open tip rhinoplasty. i didnt go for the full works (bridge etc). the surgeon agreed to charge me the fee for closed rhinoplasty so you could try ask your patient coirdinator to haggle for u. im not happy wirh results though.
