Hi Sue! thank you so much, im very happy 🙂 i think ill be a 30D or 32C/D – probably more a D. I haven’t yet been measured but all my sports bra’s are 32D’s. My recovery was worse than i expected if im being completely honest – under the muscle is a lot more painful but i just found it hard doing everyday things – you don’t realise how much you use your chest muscles! but by day 4/5 i was able to move around myself and wiggle myself out of bed and stuff, and then by day 6/7 i could drive and that. it is just those first few days where the pain is like a dull ache constantly xx
