Hey! I’m pretty stiff and sore today! It’s really just my incisions so I’m worried maybe my sports bra is too tight! The first one I had on defo was and I’ve changed now but this one is sore too and not sure if I’m just being sill as obviously I’m meant to be in pain!ha! Found the actually op fine though, felt great afterwards, it’s more so now once the pains started a bit! Plus I am so bloated, feel six months pregnant!haha! How are you feeling? It’s not as bad as ylu think is it? What size did you get? What bra are you wearing?xx
Im the same just pain where my incisions are and im wondering if my bra is rubbing on them! Im wearing one asda a 36 E, i had 450 cc in what about u hun? Im gonna take some for co codomal at 12.. I feel ok in myself abit moody though as well dont no if its the medication haha..xx
Yeah that’s what I think, had my painkillers though and feels better now, it’s my left side and I’m left handed so maybe I’ve done more on that side or something and irritated them a bit! I’ve swapped bras and feel better but this one doesn’t seem to pull my boobs close together like the other one and worried they’re going to have a big gap in the middle! Are yours close together? I always had a gap before anyways but don’t want it worse! I’m ok in myself, just wish I could run about as normal, was emotional yesterday as I felt really sick but that’s gone today! Ha! It’s a right rollercoaster! Have you still got the support socks on?xx

I took socks off last night! So glad! We’re getting mining! Well I’ve changed back to my original bra today and it actually feels loads better ow, better than the one I thought was comfier!ha! It’s the m&s black and pink zip up one, just feels a lot more supportive and the only pain I was getting was a twinge in my left at the bottom near the incisions whenever I moved and that seems to have gone now so maybe it just needed supporting more! I have similar gap to you Hun, pics look great, have you dared look at your incisions yet? I haven’t! I’ve hardly even had my bra off to look! Hope the gap gets a bit smaller with time! Are you feeling ok now.?xx
Ive only got those bras from asda but im gonna get and m&s one just not to sure about what size to get im using a 36 E at the min which feels pretty secure do you think i shud get that again? Noo babe ive not looked at mine either ive only took my bra off for like 1 min a day to have a look or change it im to scared to keep it off any longer! How r urs doing now? My pain has gone really! I think i initally thought my gap was much bigger then it is! Im happy with them now cant wait to see the final result hope they dont drop to much though!! Xx
