Hi ontheup, I was in a similar situation to you, empty DD, went for the consultation with Mr Razzazi and the first thing he said was well you dont need implants we can lift you up and make you a good C cup – I was horrified lol. I was after pretty much the same as you just to go back to ‘normal’ – at least the size you were used to just in the right place! Anyway, I’m sat here typing 1 week post op from full uplift with 435cc implants in a size F sports bra – I think once the swelling goes down I’ll probably end up a full E which is fine by me. I think its negotiation and finding someone you can work with to achieve your desired result -at my appointment I went from just an uplift to we can put 300cc in, to 435 in the space of 15 minutes! x
