I need help!!! Im booked to have my surgery soon 12.08.11 and still unsure of implant size…and advice and I would be grateful. I am 6 foot tall,no breast tissue 36AA…and I was told that under the muscle creates a more “natural” look…however my PS Mr Singh said that 380cc is the largest he can place under the muscle…and that I would have a gap between them as I have a broad back….He can do 460cc over the muscle…avoid the big inbetween gap but he said the edges of the implant will be felt and more risk of rippling….so Im in a dilema and stressed out!!! Are any of You tall ladies around 6 foot,and had little breat tissue…what implant size and placement did you have? Over/under the muscle- and are you happy with Your results…I would welcome any feedback XXX
