Yep I had implants too, was an empty 36DD and had full uplift with 435cc overs. The sports bra I’m in is a 38F and in my gut feeling at the moment is when everything is settled and not swollen I’ll be a 36E which is perfect as the result I wanted was no smaller, but not huge and in the right place 🙂 I ended up in M&S for mine as primark didnt have my back or cup size, but if you’re a 34 back and are thinking of going to a 36 I saw some cheap 36DD sports bras.

Trust me, out of the tape they look 100% less pointy, not natural or ‘right’ yet, but rounded and not as scary. I haven’t manned up yet and looked at my wounds and new dressings but I’m going to get a shallow bath later on to get rid of the rest of this sticky stuff so I’ll be brave then!
