    day 2 PO, still no bruising, swelling has increased slightly around stitches and above cast. Finding it difficult to stay on my back when asleep, going to invest in some more pillows to remedy this but I don’t think it helps that I cant exercise as it means im going to bed feeling restless every night but hoping the pillows are going to help me stay on my back 🙂 nose is starting to feel itchy under the cast but its bearable and feeling very lucky that im still able to breathe through my nose a little 🙂 feel free to ask questions 🙂 xx

      Did you get a v pillow Tina? That was my saviour when it came to sleeping! Never rolled over using it x

        I didn’t, stupidly thought that it would be easier than it is to stay on your back.. I didn’t do too badly last night after getting a long bean bag type cushion under my head, it sort of wrapped around my head and stopped me from turning over so im going to keep using that 🙂 x
