I usually go gym 3 times a week for about an hour per session…i am dreading not being bale to go for 6 wks and then only ease myself back in so light exercises, i do about 100 situps/crunches each time i go…i am trying to lose a little bit of weight for my holidays aswell, i do tend to watch what i eat someimes but i do love my take-aways and chocolate 🙂 x
