Hi everyone. New to this. I’m 13 days post op. Had rhinoplasty with dr gonschior. Just got my cast off yesterday. Nobody can seem to tell the difference, which is so disappointing as I thought I had good results, but the more I look at my nose the more I see no difference 🙁 can anyone offer any advice on how long swelling takes to go down etc. & how to hurry it along x thanks x
