    Snacking is not bad as long as they are healthy (nuts and seeds) and within your calorie intake. In fact it is much better to divide (if you can) your meals into 5-6 healthy meals and eat every 2-3 hours. If you wait too long between meals your body goes into starvation mode and will store fat. It will use energy from protein, etc and NOT fat. It’s easier for the body somehow.
    So eat little and often. And keep it healthy and WITHIN your calorie allowance. AND exercise. Even if it’s just walking!
