Hi Tara x no problem!! I had 400cc under. Recovery was fine to be honest, I didn’t have much pain, just discomfort and hate sleeping sat up!! I’m one week po today but still not doing much with my arms to avoid injury or further swelling! I’ve just had a little read and sounds like you’re suffering 🙁 that’s such a shame!! 5 days is early though, it’s important you rest!! Are u ok? Are u in strapping? Xx
