@cliffey13 Hi I’m completely fine now, how are you? I’m now 9 weeks post op. I think day 3 or 4 was the worse for me because of the medication, I felt hot and sick so I stopped taking in and made sure i was drinking plenty of water, I was soon back to normal.
I have my stomach, flanks, bra roll and arms. I think now im back at the gym im finding it easier to lose weight in other areas which is great!
