@sarah1982 Hay I feel same as you. I have had 3 children. And I was a empty A cup maybe a B cup. I was given 3 sizes I went for the biggest given 415 . I was 1st book with Dr russo and he was goin to do a nipple up lift and implant but he was supended from mya!! So was put with Dr traynor. He told me I dint want a uplift just a different implant. … I like my boobs in a bra.. but feel the a bit saggy with out I don’t really feel like the nipple is the problem.
