If you feel like me, you enjoy having things within quick and easy reach when you’re cooking– the spices right here, the spoon rest there, an area for prepping the food and so on and you get a smooth and steady rhythm going. The front edge pulled inside the box or worse, the side edge has actually been slowly tearing away for the last couple of pulls unnoticed, so now there’s a thick wedge leftover that needs to be torn away bit by bit to finally get a complete sheet again. I hate that!

And of course there’s combating with each sheet as it tries to hold on to itself or anything besides that container, or falls ever so short of covering the edge so you have to lift and try again. It’s annoying, to put it politely!

Then there’s the waste because It cannot be reused. Even lifting to stir while microwaving can ruin the seal. And you need fresh wrap for leftovers in the frig where you hope the children will not “taste” and leave them unknowingly half covered.

I kept believing there’s got to be a better method to prepare, seal, and store our food! Cling wrap may have been terrific for Grandma, but this is the 21st century! It’s time for a modern solution.
