@alanab thanks lovely. I know your so right just some of the things I’ve read had made me question myself. Did you find there was anything you could wear over the 4d vest so you could hide it at all? Also did your swelling go down pretty quickly as it doesn’t look bad at all in your 1 week pictures? Yours are the best I’ve seen xxx
