@xxmelxx rock hard and tender….yep! I’ve found rubbing them gently across the tops and the sides seems to sooth it a little and I stopped taking painkillers .. had my last ones on the night of day 3 as I hate the thought of not feeling pains…crazy I know but I like to feel the pain so I know if it feels wrong !
