Hey! I’ve just had my 1st consultation with Mr Kazzazi tonight. He has recommended that I have 340cc silocone implants, medium profile to take me to a C cup. I can’t get a ‘tight’ cleavage and I’m wondering if anyone has been in the same situation as me. If so could I see before and after pics please? Thanks x x x
