Hi all. Had my strapping removed 2 days ago and today i feel quite sick and shaky…nothing too bad atm but i know im not quite right.. do u think this could be an infection.. has anyone else experienced the same? Xx

I went down so quick.. i didnt have chance sit down before everyone was in drawing on me and what not..glad it went fast tho as i didnt have time to get scared. Im really not in much pain but i have kept ahead on my painkillers.. thry seem massive tho :-/. Im really not sure about the sports bra.. prob gonna wear it for bed. Hey all..just wondered if i should be wearing a sports bra while i still have my strapping on..or do i just wait a week till thats been removed.
Also, do u need to wait for your nurses appointment to takw the strapping ir can u just take it off yourself? Xx

Had my op with mr kazzazi today… it all seemed so easy, in and out in no time and the sedation was really good..glad i had that option now. Anyway first before and after pics getting added now. Feel ftee to add and let me know what u think! X

Hey, just wondered if anyone has found it difficult gettig back in to their regular exercise routine with a bigger chest!? I do alot of running and triathlons and worried it will hinder my training even after a full recovery!
