I purchased some zoff adhesive remover wipes from Amazon after nothing else would get it off my skin. I’d recommend getting them before you surgery so you’ll have them after your first post op appointment!

I just have normal dressings on at the moment and then I’ll have silicone which will help with healing. I have my post op appointment Thursday so it’ll be interesting to see how I’m healing as I can’t see any of the incisions right now.

I can’t believe how good they look although I am very swollen and very sore. I didn’t realise how bad I would feel afterwards but I’m hoping over the next couple of days I’ll feel better. I’m very lucky to have a mom that is a nurse so she’s helping me get out of bed, do little walks and bringing me food and drink.
