Claire the surgeon said that I have to keep rubbing the scar tissue and putting bio oil on the scars it’s jist rippling and pulling whrre they are so fresh and new and the muscles are tight!
I can’t see my rippling until I put my arms up and is not too noticeable xx

There is also a hard lump in each of my incisions . Will this go once the stiches are fully healed ? How long does this normally take
