The nurse at Cardiff said that you shouldn’t put anything on at all until at least after your 6 week check but I used bio oil as soon as my plasters came off and it was fine for me xx

I’m 4 months post op and now have about 10 bras since the twins came along. So many different sizes and still changing. At 6 weeks I was measuring a 34F, at around 8 weeks I was measuring 36DDD, at 12 weeks 36DDD and now I’m between a 34FF and 34G! I used bio oil on mine and had great results. Just have the be careful not putting on clothes too soon after or it can look like you’re lactating! Lol.

Mr Frati did my boobs in September and I would say exactly what the others have recommended but definitely get a Macom or have several sizes of sports bra.. Alice, they look amazing!! Hope mine are like this after the grand unveiling on Friday 🙂 they feel and look huge at the moment (just squeezing into a 34F sports bra) but I’m sure they’re still swollen

I had my pre-op with the nurse last week and she said the m&s sports bras are the best and to check the size you can weigh out rice (same grand as the cc you’re having) and put it in a pop sock.
