@jade867 Hiya Jade, my recovery wasn’t too bad, took two weeks off work and took pain killers religiously haha. Well at my consultation he said I could put plastic bars in but then on op day he told me to take them out completely. But my lovely nurse put my bars back in as soon as my op wasfinished so it all worked out in the end. Good luck for your op 🙂 xxx
