You’re right they don’t look too big right now but remember how big they were in your hands when you were trying sizes and remember all that filling has got to go somewhere. I’m having exactly the same so I know they’re big. It will just be because the muscle is keeping them squashed in for now but they will be massive in a few weeks I’m sure xx

Does anyone know how long it is until you can train? I get that I can’t be bouncing around or lifting heavy but can I go on the exercise bike where I am stationary relatively soon and the stair master? I’ve heard something about not getting your blood pressure up for a while but don’t know specifically how long for. Any one know a bit more about it?

Call them and ask. If you’re free most days then they can see you quicker. It’s a minimum of 2 weeks between the second consultation and the operation just because some people get swept up in the idea and don’t really think about it. @stacy1996 hi Stacy would you mind putting a few update pictures on over the next couple of weeks, they look such a good size judging by your post op pic. I’ve seen another girls 400’s and it’s swaying me that way but I’m still a bit cautious x

Go for overs, you’ll have enough tissue as it is to cover the implant and the recovery time and pain will be much less plus, you’ll get much more fullness at the top which will drop nicely anyway. It’s much more invasive going under the muscle x

Thank you ladies, I know there’s only 25cc in it but I just want it to be right. You’re pictures all look great, I’m glad you are happy with what they have done for you, the 400s look perfect! I’ll definitely be sticking with 400. You’re all around the same size as me so I’m sure it’ll look similar, thanks for the pics and advice x

I am having 375 or 400 XX with Mr Mounir in June. Any help with sizes? I can’t figure out if 400cc will be too big but I would be devastated if I. chose too small!
