Pubic swelling – well, gravity takes over and the swelling goes to the lowest point – and that point is the pubic area – so your bits get very swollen !!

It does get cut down a bit around the top on your first visit to the nurse but that doesn’t help the waist size ! I headed to Primark and got a couple of £5 pairs of trousers, and take back the ones that don’t fit.
