Just been out shopping for all my post op essentials today, have already bought a macom bra but was disappointed at m&s post surgery bras! Tried a few on and they weren’t great! Can anyone recommend any bras to get post surgery? I’ve heard asda have some, are they literally just high impact sports bras? Let me know 🙂 xx

I think it depends on the breast tissue/muscle and how your boobs sit, he told me mine were very tubular since I’ve lost all my volume and roundness from loosing weight!
