They go off your waist size not of your chest. I have a couple of them in S and a macom bra in S and also a m&s in 32dd. The m&s didnt fit me for first weeks but fits me now perfectly because of the swelling.

I had an uplift with 250cc on the 25th sep and i reckon im 32dd but i was a saggy 32dd/e before xx
