Hi I have visible rippling I went to see my surgeon and he said the only thing he can do is put smaller implants in but he won’t do a re-op until I’m 6 months post op x

Hi Hun I have visible rippling had it since about 5 weeks post op…my surgeon just said they can t do anything about it until I’m 6 months. He basically explained that it was because of lack of breast tissue which was never picked up in my pre-op which I’m slightly annoyed about! As long as it isn’t bothering you it’s fine to live with x

dreamgirl did you have to pay any extra for your re-op. That’s strange that you had bigger implants for rippling. I asked my surgeon if having understand would help but h me said it wouldn’t make a difference. Who was your surgeon?

Would just like some Info on this as I’m due to have a re-op after 6 months post op and just wondering if it’s a straight forward procedure? Do they just replace the implants and that’s it?

Hey Hun I know how you feel I have rippling after 4 weeks PO I saw my surgeon about it last week and he said he would do a re-op and or smaller implants in if im still not happy after 6 months. I never asked the question about me having to pay for it I was just told to massage the area and see if it improves in time. Have you seen anyone about it…[Read more]

I’m 5 weeks post op and noticed visible rippling on my left boob near my cleavage. It’s getting me down because I know it’s far too early to get this! I contacted the nurse and she said she was concerned but it’s not an emergency and to wait until my 6 week check. Has anyone had similar issues and what happened regarding this?

Thank you 🙂 recovery was fine didn’t have any pain only had to take paracetamol in the morning as they were swollen but apart from that all has been good! X

The surgery itself is fine you’re treated well in hospital and looked after. Luckily I’ve been absolutely fine I had my surgery and came home on the train the same day. The only discomfort I’ve had is in the morning. They are so hard and swollen so first thing is having pain killers. I’m strapped up at the moment so can’t really see what they are…[Read more]

I’m with the Birmingham clinic and I think they are awful at responding! I tried for a whole week to sort my medical out and they didn’t bother getting back to me at all. You’re right they’re so nice when you are there my PC said she would phone me on the day of my op… I’m 5 days post op and still no phone call. I hope you get your issues sorted…[Read more]

I’ve just pressed the top of my chest above my cleavage and it’s making a strange noise like there’s fluid underneath. Sounds like bubbling when I press it is this normal?

I’m currently 3 days post op and I know I’m wearing strapping and a Macom but they seem so small not sure if they are just squashed or its me being paranoid I just hope they grow more! Does anyone have pics of theirs further down the line?

I had my pre-op today and asked the nurse about this. She recommended to stay overnight near the hospital at least and not to go home the same day but so many people have said they just wanted to go home Im not sure what to do either mine would require a 2 and a half hour train or coach journey xx

Hey went to my pre-op and asked about it the nurse gave me the option to see the surgeon again but she said it’s not really worth it, what he will do on the day is try both implants in my body and see which one fits the best so I guess it’s up to him. Good luck with your appointment again hope the get the right size for you let me know how you get on xx

If you want to be an E you will need to go for the biggest size I’m guessing. I have my medical tomorrow so might just see if I can try them on again. Hey I saw my surgeon last week and he gave me a choice of 400/425 overs I didn’t decide there and then so he said he would order both sizes and try again on the day of the op to see how I feel at the time. Hope this helps x

Same here but I left him we were engaged and lived together and I’ve had to move back to parents. It’s been a difficult time for me but since the break up I booked my consultation and my surgery soon after I know that I need time to focus on myself and boosting my confidence. It feels good to do something for myself and can’t wait to have new boobies 🙂 x

Hi Hun I’m currently a 34B and exactly like you flat on top and no cleavage. Dr frati said to achieve D/DD I will need to have 400 or 425 cc he’s trying to get me have the bigger size but I’m still deciding so he’s ordering the two sizes on the day of the op x

My mum is coming with me and she won’t drive to London so we are getting a coach there it’s just getting back we have a problem with. Maybe it’s best to stay overnight and then travel home the following morning? It would still require a coach or train journey though I just hope it’s not too uncomfortable x

Hi girls I have my op in December I was just wondering if it is ok to travel home on the same day for me it would require 2 hr train or coach journey. I know it states on the consent form not to travel on public transport for at least 24 hrs after and to stay near the hospital but not sure what to do ?
