hi hun, I was completely flat chested. If you’re starting off with a C cup and having 400s, you’ll be quite big. My friend had 425s, b cup before 5ft 5 have a look at @samfellowes @shanibray hope this has helped xx

Hey hun, don’t be scared. I’ve been measured a 30E and currently wearing a 30F sports bra because mine wasn’t fitting right, so went to john Lewis today. People are wearing the wrong size bra, so don’t go by cup size, go by look. Have a look at my pics if it helps. All the best xx

Hi ya Hun, thank you chick 🙂 I had partials so it’s a longer recovery. First week is the hardest but gets better. It’s not really pain, more of an ache…like you’ve done a really good workout. Best of luck chick, keep me posted on how your app goes xxx

@connolly82 yeah hun, pain underneath my armpit when I lift things or even put my sports bra on. Think I’ve over done it with the kids. Not in pain when I’m resting tho. The whole of my right boob is numb and can hardly touch it because it makes me feel sick lol hope it comes back 🙁 xxx

My boobs are really achy and it’s getting me down a bit. Is this normal? I’m not in excruciating pain and I came off my pain meds 3 days po, lifted my little boy quite a few times yesterday and now They are throbbing. Bit of advice is really needed please girls
