Put everything you will need within reaching distance twisting and reaching is a no go, buy a v pillow i got one for £12 from asda. Buy tops that zip up as its very difficult to get anything over your head. Hope that helps x

I had my surgery 2 weeks ago and have a very heavy 3 year old,ir was difficult for the first week and i was on my own with him 3 days later but managed, it just the lifting you cant do x

I had my breast surgery yesterday and have a 40 min flight in 10 days which the surgeon was happy for me to do but i suppose would be different for you doing it more frequent. I just asked at my consultation x
