I’m nearly 4 weeks post op and I used the yianna bra for the first few days but found it really uncomfortable and not very supportive. Since I’ve been using just a plain sports bra from primark which my nurse said was fine but I’m worried it’s jot supportive enough!!

Samantha my nipples look a bit lower than before surgery, but my surgeon said that having the implants will lift them slightly just hoping he’s right and they do lift!
