Hi hunny I am 15 months post op with partials. When mine fluffed at around 11 weeks I noticed my bras where too small so went up from 32e to 32f. As the muscle is tense over the implant it takes a while for it to relax. Take weekly pics and compare it really helps.

I had partials Hun and slowly they dropped and fluffed I think finally at 11 weeks post op they where fully fluffed.

Haven’t posted in a while adding photos of scars 15 months post op. Pre op 32a post 375cc Hp partials with mr kazzazi post op 32f. Wearing just a basic t shirt bra from m and s( sooooooo comfy). Please excuse the pale flabby belly not been hitting the gym as much as normal X

Hi Hun they say 125-150 cc per cup size as a general rule but u had 375cc which by this would be max 3 cup sizes and went from a 32a to 32f!!!! So can never be completely accurate x

Hi Hun I had 375cc from a 32a now a 32f. Don’t go for a cup size more of how you want them to look. I had deflated boobs from breastfeeding 3 children didn’t go for too large implants as there would have been rippling with my poor skin quality

Partials are unders Hun. Surgeons call them differently. Full unders aren’t really performed in the uk more in the US. If you have little breast tissue or poor skin partials are chosen as they help cover the implant and reduce the risk of rippling. My scars where still pretty sore at 6 weeks so that’s why I was advised to wait they generally say 6 weeks but everyone heals differently. You are given the same drug as general but just slightly less so you don’t need help breathing etc. I had dr kazzazi 14months ago was out like a light can’t remember a thing and came round and felt great but tired but no side effects

Hi girls I am 14 months post op 375 high profile partials. I was 32a size 8/10 5ft 7.
I am now 32e or f depending on style of bra. This sounds huge but suits my frame and is big without being in the way.

I waited till 8 weeks. But to be honest 14 months post op I wear it 24/7 abd wired bras more at weekend. You will find wired bras agony to wear at first they take a lot of getting used to again x

Hi Lucy I was 32a/b pre op and had 375cc high profile partial which took me to a 32e sometimes 32f dependingon style.
I had mr kazzazi at Natural look Doncaster through MyA. The whole experience was amazing I am 13 months post op and it was the best thing I have gone should have done it years ago

It’s generally not sorted and isn’t covered by Mya it’s a risk of sugery.
If you have it and it’s badly visable ask to see someone but most girls have when they feel for it.
Especially if you had little breast tissue and poor skin elasticity x

Hi Hun I am 13 months post op now and all of the underneath of my left boob is numb still. At consultation I was told loss of sensation is a normal risk.
It doesn’t bother me and I forget about it.
If you are worried about it ask to see your surgeon.

Partials don’t tend to have the fake look unless in a push up bra. I have partials you can add me and take a look.
Overs are the placement for the fake look.

It can take up to a year for scars to fade mine where hideous and now slight white lines.
Please be patient and don’t put anything on your boobs till advised by your nurse or surgeon.

Partials and unders are the same just different surgeons call them different. Over are under the skin on top of muscle. But partials/ unders are under the muscle. The muscle runs from top centre diagonally to the bottom outer .

Hi girlies your surgeon advises no sunbeds for a year as the incisions can go a really dark colour. I would advise defo covering them for a while. And also implants can get pretty hot on sunbeds so take it easy as burnt boobs aren’t nice X X x

Hi Hun really feel for you o think personally Mya should sell the post op bras and fit you correctly. It’s really hard to judge what is supportive compared to too tight.
Makes sure the band that goes round you can get your fingers under confortably. I was told to go up a back size too while healing.

At 6 weeks post op I was 32e then at 11-12 weeks I fluffed loads and increased to a 32f. I had partials(unders) so as the muscle relaxes you can get increase in size x

My husband said the same Hun he loves me the way I was/am but wants me to be happy.
I am a year post surgery today. He loves my new boobs and says my extra confidence makes me more attractive not the actual boobs.
Make yourself happy Hun if he truly loves you he will be happy for you no matter what .

Hi Hun I was aloud to get measures at 6 weeks but at around 11 weeks my boobs fluffed loads and I went up a cup size so don’t buy too many at first.
I went to ann summers and debenhams to get fitted both gave me great service.

Hi Hun I am nearly a year post op mine seemed worse before they got better. Now they are hardly visible.
I did revisit my surgeon as I was worried and he said be patient, avoid sun bed or cover scars when on them and fake tan around them.
