I was a 34c and had 450cc. I was offered 500cc but went 450CC they are def not huge could of pulled off the 500cc easily. However 450cc is a great size as you can play then upnor down xx

I had Vaser lipo and a BA hun. I had it on my thighs tho. It was quite painful for the first week and the swelling and bruising lasted months. I had a compression garment but mine was just a like a pair of leggings, it was tight to get on off but this is for good resukts apparently. I hear that the stomach garment is uncomfortable . Thanks ladies. But honestly if you look at my other pics they don’t always look this big! Hi hun @kate. there is no such thing as perfection. Your surgeon can only work with what he is given and your natural body shape. You have to have realistic expectations or you will be left disappointed no matter what. I knew I wouldn’t wake up with legs like Kate moss but just a slightly better version of what I already had xx

Don’t fret hun I had 450s and I was the same. I wished I had gone abit bigger. Not loads bigger but like 50-100cc….but once you are in a normal bra you will be happy with me it made such a difference xx

Thanks @christine my partner said the same! Think il try loosening the straps , I hope that helps as don’t want to take it but if I can help it and that’s the biggest cup size they go! Never had this drama with my old boobies xx

I’m 5 weeks post op. I had 450cc overs from a very small 34C with mr frati at the london fitzroy. I also had Vaser lipo all over my thighs and knees. I am happy with my results so far, can see changes to my thighs and it’s nice to have boobies! Can’t wait to get measured and buy my first bras and bikini! Xx

Go with your surgeons advice hun but I would say if you have rippling with a 800cc implant it will get worse if you go bigger . Rippling is usually caused when there is not enough natural Breast tissue to cover the implant . Some people can only feel there rippling but not see it, it depends how much it bothers you. Hi hun. They look great! I had 450cc a month ago. Where did you get your bras from? I’m struggling to find nice plunge bras or ones that give them a nice bit of omph in my size. All the ones for fuller busts have big straps and look really old fashioned! Xx
