I have slightly differ body shape to you. I’m 5ft2 around 9stone. I have 400cc and I’m a DD/E.
I went under the muscle. I have no stretch marks/rippling so i think the surgeon gave the right advice.
I think everyone wants to go as big as they cane. Also remember prior your probably wearing push up padded bras. Xx

Exercise is a no no for at least 6 weeks. Once you have been for your 6 week check they will tell you when you can. Hi Dee, I’ve only had 1 BA and I had 400cc. I was a 34B and I’m now a 34DD/32E – I’m 8 months post op. I think they are a really good size! Not too big but by no means small! Plus if you go too big at first the risk of rippling etc is higher. I’m 5ft 2 size 8/10… hope this helps xx

30E is a hard size to buy.. I was told I was a 32E / 34DD so maybe try a 32DD?.. They have a few options in that size x

Carry on using your macom one or sports bra… I’m 6 months post op and still wear a sports bra to sleep ( got to keep them in shape lol)…

Hey, they are looking good!
One of mine was like that for ages. They took different times to settle and soften up.
I had unders so they take longer to drop and fluff.. They will keep changing for a while yet so don’t be panicked if they look and feel different etc..
You must be so pleased with them 🙂 xx

100% normal… it took mine about 2 weeks to go down.. it’s a combination of the anaesthetic and the pain killers etc.. I suffer from IBS so I asked for some sena to help. You can get that from any chemist.. it really did help xx

I had this too… if you YouTube how they put the implant in you can see why… you can get bruised ribs and very Very rarely cracked ribs.. it’s all normal.. mine lasted about 4 weeks.. Plus you have the implant stretching the skin around it too.. Give it a few more weeks.. if it’s still painful give them a call 🙂 cx

They look really good! Don’t be worried if they are high/firm/one drops faster than the other.. it’s not an overnight process.
I found taking a photo every week really helped to see the progress.
So far they look really good though xx

They didn’t at first.. plus I always look at other people’s photos with the same stats at they always look bigger.. I think at about 3 months they looked smaller again.. give it another month or so and see how they change.
I only took photos once every 2 weeks. It gives you a good idea of the progress xx

When you arrive they will give you the surgery gown to change into (including paper nickers).. They also gave me a dressing gown.. I had 400cc under the muscle 4 months ago.. I think cleavage depends on what you had before.. I still have a slight gap – but they were apart before…
scars- mine are still dropping but they are slowly covering the scars 🙂 they are fading now too!

I was a 34B.. I had 400 UHP unders.. I got 34DD M&S one.. then I got a 34E Asda one.. I used the Asda one when they were swollen but the 34DD one fitted really well :-)… my surgeon told me what size to get..

Thank you 🙂 the muscles can relax at didn’t stages… one of mine was bigger for a while.. now they are both soft and the same size.. well there’s probably the tiniest difference but really not noticeable.. It will loosen up… give it another couple of weeks :-)..

I’m 12 weeks post op today… I still see them change week by week… up u till about 10 weeks one sat higher than the other… They looked so odd for about 6-8 weeks 😂… They say it can take up for 6 months for overs and 12 months for unders to see the full affect… I’ll try and upload a picture of before and 6 weeks…

Hopefully someone qualified can give you advice.. it’s an open wound so I guess bleeding is Normal? I had a swirling sound.. like air was in there.. I’m glad there’s no pain that’s good… maybe see how it goes overnight? Xx
