I had unders so I thought it would loose a bit of volume but it didnt really so when I tried my implants they look similar size to what they are now .. x

If docor recommended you round ones you could still get natural look with them . It all depends from your stats how much you weigh how tall you are and how much breast tissue you have . You should always listen to surgeon they know the best . xx
