Hi all, got 400cc mod plus overs but have bad rippling over top and cleavage. Has anyone had a revision from overs to unders to solve rippling and give a more natural look? Seeing my surgeon next week and want to know if it’s something I should push for? Also, does it help to have unders with a smaller implant? Thanks!! Xx

Hi I don’t know! The surgeon advised I could go up to 400cc so that’s what I went with. I’m 5ft6 size 10. I’m wondering if 400 cc was too big for me now and what’s why I have ripping..but I just went with what my surgeon advised 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thanks Alex for your reply, did u have partial unders? Do u think that helped u? X yes I’ll
Try to put weight on but I can’t help being annoyed that I didn’t push for unders…..

I had overs 400cc mod plus last year. From the start I had bad rippling top, cleavage and at sides. This got worse as they dropped.
