I talked to a nurse and she told me how lucky I am to have its opportunity to improve my image and how much it will mean for my self esteem. She told me to only think positive. The next day I was fine.
So be positive and find someone to talk about it.

I had yogurts and pear to help me go to the loo more often. As well you can find dry plums at m&s if you are constipated should help.
