Just wondering what the best thing is to do, to protect your scars?
Use suncream under your bikini?
Wear a top over your bikini for added protection?
Use suncream and then put a bandage strip over the suncream?!

Just looking for advice on the best sports bra to wear once back in the gym. My surgeon recommended ‘highimpact’ Level 4 or something as she said it should be very supportive?!

I ended up booking directly with Linda as MYA didn’t have any dates available with her that worked for me. Linda’s PA is amazing and I had a really tight time frame and she managed to fit me in. What date is your surgery cara? Xx

I got the coil fitted a couple of weeks ago but still have to take my pill for a month. I was wondering whether to have the coil removed as I’m not loving it but if I have to come off the pill then I might stick with it! Xx

I am 5ft5 and about 8 and a half stone. I am currently a 32A and would like to be a full C. Just looking for recommendations on cc size and if you are happy/feel they are big enough?
