Why did you want the procedure?

I hated my nose from my early teens, I was taunted/bullied about it. Id get called concorde, big nose…well not anymore! 🙂
Why did you choose MYA?

I had gone for a consultation with transform but the whole experience wasnt very professional and it was held in a place that reminded me of a doctors surgery. A friend of mine had surgery done through MYA and recommended them. I done some research And i wasnt disappointed – so i booked in for a consultation – which is free!!
How was your consultation?

The consultation process was professional and the staff are very welcoming and smartly dressed. I never felt pressurised into making any decisions i didnt want too.
I had already done reseach on my chosen surgeon – MR FRATI, he had done an advanced course in rhino and has lots of good reviews. Meeting him, he also very professional and reserved. He is not there to chat rubbish and be your friend, you ask him a question – he answers it and vice versa. For me this was a good thing, i was impressed. I went ahead and booked a date….
How was the day of your procedure?

I waited minutes before going up to my room,
Once there, the staff come say hi, ask you to get in your gown etc. hour or so before going up to theatre the aneathetist comes and sees you, you signs some forms. The surgeon comes to see you aswell to cheak you are all ready and sign another form. Overall a comfortable stay and well looked after! Be prepared for a long wait
How was your recovery?

Looong lol. Staff were lovely. Was out the next day. Took 2 weeks for my bruising to go down and 3 minths for my nose to no longer get blocked with bogeys lol
Are you happy with your results?

Im happy wirh my results …wish id done it years ago. It takes up to a year for my tip to settle but i love it.
