Had my op on Friday 23rd and its been a week and still feeling a bit out of it and not myself – I’m constantly tired and my brain feels so foggy and cloudy but I stopped taking cocodamol on Monday morning and have just been taking ibruprofen.

Hows your recovery pain wise?

Had my op on Friday and just wondering how other people generally felt in this time? I feel so bloated and huge and my chest is so tight still! Started feeling sick today too. When has it began to ease off for people?

The bendy straws are such a good shout I’ve just packed some!! I’ve not got icepacks and actimel and stuff but I’ll get stuff like that for when I’m home probably!
