I am in the same situation exactly. I have told my surgeon and he said he would put it right and asked the nurse to book me in. I emailed today to ask when and was told he would ‘apply’ for a revision op. Apply indicates it may be turned down. Hello, I had one chest plate lower than the other, two different sized booked and one nipple 2 mm bigger than the other one – greedy me eh!!!! My surgeon was Dr Mounhir and he noticed all of this in the first meeting. He knew exactly want to do to even me out and make me symmetrical. If you add me as a friend you can see if it helps put any of you at rest.

Hello, I have one that seems to have dropped and one that is still high up so it’s reassuring that I am not the only person. I believe it can take 6 months for them to settle into the right place?!?

I wore a 34d bra before the op but it was a lot of skin. Dr Mounhir told me I would end up a b-c if I just had the uplift. With 320’s he expects I will end up a 34 dd. If it helps at all I have posted a pic however it is one day after the op. Chloe I don’t have any bruising and one implant seems to have dropped slightly which I believe is to be expected?

Christine if it helps I had one breast plate lower than the other (if you can see the pics it’s so visible by the middle bit on the before pic) and my surgeon had to compensate for this and even me up. My boob crease is moved/different now and better.

ZOE LEANNE hi I would have been a 34 c without having implants. I have had 320 and anticipate being a 34 dd when everything settles. I will try and add ore op and post op pics to my profile so you can see although I am only 5 days post op at the min. If I can’t post them I can email you them.

Thank you so much for replying. I am now 4 days post surgery and I am already over joyed at my boobs! I dropped a lot of weight (and boob!!) so this op was needed and has just out the icing on the cake for me. I have found the pain manageable with the meds.
