Hi there. I dont know what to decide. Mod+ or HP. I told my surgeon i want mod+ but im not sure if i want HP now. It so hard when they say any. So hard to pick. Maybe some pic could help me decide if any could be shared please. Would be so greatful. Im having 350cc x

@missh4z3yx · It so stupid. I got told ill be charged 50. But then mya was like you only need a summary. So i think it should be much less. They never got back to me friday so im going in and not leaving until they give it me. We are entitled to our own medical history. They make out its a big job. I hope you get yours soon also xxx

Hi is anyone else having a problem with there doctors giving them a summary for there medical history? Im are just being awkward. But i did not even get the notice off mya up until now as i never got given a mya pack with my forms in. Getting stressed now as my op almost 6 weeks away and dont have a clue when they need my medical history x
