Hey, not sure if you’re still deliberating, but I’ve had 425cc unders 2 weeks ago today. I went from a B/C cup and I’d say I’ll easily end up a DD if not bigger. I had a modified lift as well though. Let me know if you want to see before and after pics x

I just had 420cc unders and had the small Macom, it was horrendous for me for the first week, I ended up buying an £8 sports bra from Asda which was a 36D and a 36E because I was so swollen. Now the swelling has lessened the macom one is great in the day but for sleeping it’s still too tight. I was a 30/32C pre surgery and I’m a size 6/8.

I bought the macom one and went for the more expensive option thinking it would be better, I have never felt so much pain in my life! It was so tight like a corset despite it fitting with a bit of give in the band size before surgery.
