I am considering a 2nd breast augmentation as I am bot fully happy Iwith the results from my first, I originally planned to go with mya but was persuaded otherwise and now want my 2nd ba with them. I currently have 435cc extra high profile in my left and 460cc high profile in my right, over the muscle, brand silimed polyurethane conical implants. I mainly am unhappy with the shape and size, I want round implants and around 600cc. 🙂
